• Breezeway and Accessibility Ramp Construction – November 2019

    This project included the design and construction of a fully engineered covered breezeway and ramp system to provide a safe and accessible connection between a manufactured home and an existing carport.

    The team completed exterior home improvements that matched the style of the house and carport while ensuring long-lasting durability. All work followed local Skagit County building codes and Washington State L&I manufactured home regulations.

  • Beach House Composite Deck Construction – August 2025

    This project involved the construction of an approximately 700-square-foot ground-level composite deck, designed for coastal durability and low maintenance. The deck framing was built using locally manufactured pressure-treated Pacific Woodtech LVL joists and beams for superior strength, stability, and resistance to moisture.

  • Custom Deck and Covered Dormer – October 2021
