Prestige Home LLC stands behind the quality of our construction and installation work. Unless a project’s written contract expressly provides different coverage, Prestige warrants that its workmanship will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner consistent with applicable industry standards.

Workmanship Warranty

Our limited workmanship warranty applies for one (1) year from the date of substantial completion. This warranty covers defects caused directly by Prestige Home LLC’s workmanship within the contracted scope of work.

If covered work requires correction, Prestige must be given written notice, a reasonable opportunity to inspect the condition, and a reasonable opportunity to perform the appropriate repair. Repair or correction of the covered workmanship is the remedy provided under this warranty.

All amounts due under the applicable construction contract must be paid in full before warranty service is provided.

Manufacturer Warranties

Products and materials may be covered by separate warranties issued by their manufacturers. Manufacturer warranties are controlled exclusively by the manufacturer’s written terms, including applicable registration, maintenance, installation, transfer, geographic, and claim requirements.

Prestige Home LLC does not manufacture these products and cannot modify, extend, guarantee, or independently approve a manufacturer’s warranty claim. When appropriate, we will provide available purchase or installation documentation and reasonably assist the customer with the manufacturer’s claim process.

Warranty Exclusions

Unless the project contract expressly states otherwise, Prestige’s workmanship warranty does not cover:

  • Manufacturing defects, product failures, fading, staining, corrosion, or other conditions covered—or excluded—by a manufacturer’s warranty
  • Defects inherent in owner-supplied materials, fixtures, or equipment, although Prestige remains responsible for its installation workmanship
  • Normal wear and tear, expected aging, weathering, expansion, contraction, checking, fading, or minor cosmetic variation
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper cleaning, or failure to perform reasonable maintenance
  • Damage caused by the owner, occupants, pets, landscapers, other contractors, or third parties
  • Alterations, repairs, penetrations, additions, or modifications performed by anyone other than Prestige Home LLC
  • Damage caused by storms, flooding, earthquakes, fire, falling objects, vandalism, excessive loads, abnormal environmental exposure, or other events beyond Prestige’s control
  • Pre-existing conditions or concealed conditions, including rot, mold, pest damage, inadequate drainage, structural deficiencies, code violations, or defective existing construction
  • Movement, settlement, or failure of existing structures, soils, foundations, framing, waterproofing, roofing, windows, doors, utilities, or other systems outside Prestige’s contracted scope
  • Incidental or consequential losses, including loss of use, lost income, damage to unrelated property, or temporary housing expenses, to the extent permitted by applicable law

Project Contract Controls

This website provides general information and does not create, enlarge, or modify any warranty. Warranty coverage may vary by project, product, and scope of work. The signed construction contract, approved change orders, manufacturer warranty documents, and applicable law control if they differ from this page.

To report a possible warranty condition, contact Prestige Home LLC promptly in writing and include the project address, a description of the condition, when it was first observed, and supporting photographs. Customers must take reasonable steps to prevent additional damage and provide reasonable access for inspection and covered repairs.
